Being a person who leads with their heart in this dunya is hard AF. It takes courage to stay tender.
It’s much easier to harden our hearts, keep our heads down and keep trudging up that career ladder than make the difficult choices necessary to stay in alignment with creation.
Being surrounded by ppl whose hearts have hardened (even through no fault of their own) makes holding onto our purest, closest-to-source sense of self a lifelong challenge.
These are reminders, for me, and anyone who needs to hear that the world needs open hearts.
It’s true, it doesn’t feel like this world was meant for us, but that’s bc we’re here to make a new one.
